Hard Chromium Plating

We provide hard chrome plating on a variety of substrates. Hard chrome reaches hardness levels up to 70 Rockwell C, provides great lubricity and corrosion resistance, and is extremely useful in restoring worn machine parts.

Oil and Gas Industry

Jan-Eze has been servicing the oil and gas industry for over 25 years, plating intake and exhaust valves, large valve bodies and rotors.

Two-cycle Engines

We have years of experience plating aluminum. We offer nickel-plating on pistons as well as hard chrome plating, and honing for cylinder bores.

Machining

We have an in-house machine shop and the personnel capable of fixturing complex shapes and sizes. We can often reduce the plating thickness and amount of post-plate grinding or machine work with custom fixtures.

Military Grade

We meet and exceed AMS specification 2460 Class 2.

Quality Control

Our Quality Control department has the most modern tools, capable of verifying plating specifications by size, finish or hardness.

ID Plating

ID plating is one of our specialties. With our ability to make custom fixturing, we can plate to tight tolerances on both large and small diameter parts.
